Terms and Conditions

1. Definitions

1.1. Visitor = any party accessing, visiting or making use of TruPort, a part of the Site or the Information provided.

Information = data, information, special offers, materials, documents, images, files, etc., on the TruPort Site.

TruPort =, abbreviated name Technology & Promotion, seated in Izmir, Turkey.

TruPort Site = all pages, in whatever language, to which these Site Terms apply and all pages, in whatever language, on which TruPort refers to these Site Terms.

Site Terms = the terms as described below.

2. Applicability

2.1. These Site Terms apply to the access of the TruPort Site and use of Information (including all special offers on the TruPort Site and all TruPortservices) . If the Visitor does not accept these Site Terms, the Visitor does not have the right to make use of the TruPort Site nor of the deals and services offered by TruPort.

2.2. TruPortreserves the right to amend or change these Site Terms unilaterally and without prior notice. TruPort will inform the Visitor of any changes or alterations by announcing these on the homepage of the TruPort Site.

3. Ownership and intellectual property rights

3.1. Unless stated otherwise, all rights, including all intellectual property rights, to the TruPort Site and the Information are owned by TruPort.

3.2. The Visitor is permitted to browse through the TruPort site and to print and download Information to a hard disk or floppy disk for personal use only. All reproductions must clearly show the copyright notice of TruPort

3.3 The Information may not be modified in any way and graphics may not be used separately from the accompanying text. No part of the TruPort Site may be reproduced or stored in any other website or framed.

3.4 The Visitor or a third party is not allowed, without prior written authorization by TruPort and other than by a hyperlink, to establish a link, deep link or gateway between the TruPort Site and any other (Internet) site, (meta) search engine or computer network.

3.5 Any other use than indicated above is prohibited. Any rights not expressly granted in these Site Terms are reserved.

3.6 Use of or reproduction in breach of these Site Terms carries a EUR 5,.000,-fin that will be owed by the violating party without a warning notice or other prior notification. The violating party must immediately cease the infringement and will owe the amount of EUR 250,- in addition to the previously mentioned amount for each day that the infringement continues after having been informed by TruPort.

4. Limitation of liability

4.1 Even though the TruPort aims to provide correct Information, the TruPort does not guarantee the accuracy and/or completeness of the Information or of the TruPort Site.

4.2 The Visitor is fully responsible for the use of the Information and the Visitor himself/herself shall check whether the Information is accurate and complete.

4.3 Under no circumstances shall TruPort be liable for any damages arising from:

(a) the use or the contents of the TruPort Site and/or the Information.

(b) the use or the contents of the Information on any site to which a link has been established on the TruPort Site or any site which establishes a link to the TruPort site;

(c) violation through (the use of) the TruPort Site or the Information on the rights of third parties.

The above does not apply in as far as the damages are the result of gross negligence or intention on the part of NBTC.

4.4. If transactions between the Visitor and third parties come about via the TruPort Site, TruPort is not involved in such transactions whatsoever. These Site Terms do not apply to such transactions and TruPort is not liable in any way for damages resulting from such transactions or the results of these transactions.

4.5 Whilst TruPort endeavours to ensure that the TruPort Site is normally available 24 hours a day, TruPort will not be liable should, for whatever reason, the TruPort Site be unavailable at any time or for any period. Access to the TruPort Site may be suspended temporarily or permanently and without prior notice. TruPort reserves the right to, at any time and without stating reasons, deny a Visitor or other party access to the TruPort Site and reserves the right to take technical measures to enforce this. TruPort shall not be liable for any damages resulting from this.

5. Equipment

5.1. The Visitor shall be responsible for the purchase, use, and maintenance of all telephone equipment, computer hardware, and other equipment needed to visit and use the TruPort Site. TruPortshall shallnot be liable for any damages to the Visitor’s equipment resulting from the use of or visits to the TruPort Site.

6. Personal information

6.1. During the Visitor’s visit to the TruPort Site personal information on the Visitor is collected and processed by TruPort. TruPort’s Privacy Policy provides details on the collection and processing of this personal information.

7. Weblog comments

TruPort bears no responsibility for any content posted on this weblog by visitors (e.g. comments) and cannot be held liable for such content. Comments represent the writer’s personal opinion and in no way reflect the opinions and/or ideas of TruPort or its partners.

TruPort cannot be held liable for any material protected by copyright that is posted by TruPort visitors. Should you find any material on the TruPort websites to which you own the copyright and for which no permission has been granted, or any content on the weblog that violates this requirement, please contact NBTC via info@holland.com.

TruPort and its bloggers take great care in creating, compiling, and distributing information but cannot guarantee the accuracy or completeness of such information. As such, TruPort will not accept liability for damage caused in any way by the use, incompleteness, or inaccuracy of the information provided on this website. Anonymous comments or comments posted under a false name intended to damage the reputation of the author or any other persons or companies involved, will be deleted without further discussion.

The following rules apply to the comments feature on the weblog:

Feel free to respond to or comment on a blog or discussion. The TruPort editors may delete or move comments that do not relate to a blog post or topic (i.e., that are off topic).

TruPort will delete any content relating to pornography, discrimination, slander and/or bullying and any content involving name calling or inciting hatred.

Texts, advertisements, and internet links that the editors believe aim to promote products or services provided by third parties are not allowed. In addition, the inclusion of URLs in comments is allowed exclusively insofar as the websites to which they refer are not, in the editors’ opinion, offensive in any way. The editors will refuse or remove any communication that does not comply with these rules.

With an eye to protecting privacy, you are not allowed to mention the names and/or personal information of third parties (such as private addresses, e-mail addresses and telephone numbers).

Comments that violate a copyright will be removed.

Excessive use of capitals, bold, italics or underlined text, exclamation marks, etc. is not allowed.

Please do not misuse the site. We rely on you to be responsible and other users respect such responsibility, so please be one of them.

(Systematic) violation of these rules is unacceptable. If required, the TruPort editors will take action and ban comments and/or persons from the site.

In case of misuse or violation of TruPorts terms and conditions, the offender may be held responsible for any resulting damage.

TruPort reserves the right at all times to remove any content posted on its weblog for any reason or to adapt, remove or block such content at its discretion.

8. Applicable law and conflict

8.1. These Site Terms and any (other) agreement between the Visitor and TruPort shall be governed exclusively in accordance with the laws of Turkey. Disputes that, are not settled amicably, shall be submitted to the competent judge in Izmir, Turkey. This does not affect the right of a Visitor to appeal to local or international regulation or treaty, exclusively as far as these are mandatory provisions and these are applicable to the relation between TruPort and the Visitor.

8.2 The Visitor is responsible for compliance with any applicable laws of the country from which the Visitor is accessing the TruPort Site.

8.3. If any of these Site Terms should be determined to be, fully or partly, unlawful, void, or otherwise unenforceable, then the parties are considered to have agreed upon terms on the subject which, in intent and result, are as close as possible to the terms determined unlawful, void or otherwise unenforceable and which are lawful, valid and enforceable.

8.4.These Site Terms are a translation of the original Turkish version. For the interpretation of this English version, the text in Turkish shall be the leading text.
